 Delivery:

1. Once the order(s) is confirmed, parcel will be shipped out within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated.
2. Penisular/East Malaysia. Expected delivery period taken 2-7 working days (Depened on Location)
3. International Shipping - Expected delivery period taken 5-15 working days (Depened on Location)
4. Delivery days include weekdays (Monday – Friday), not include weekends and public holidays. 
5. The cost of customs or import duties charged on the international orders shall be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
6. Once you check out the order(s), the shipping charges will be calculated automatically according to the parcel’s weight and shipping location.
7. 26-INCHI shall not be responsible for the lost parcel during posting process once we have proved that the postage is made from our side. Your parcel is under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers.
8. This schedule is subject to unforeseen flights cancellation, customs clearance delay, high volume in customs, and safety protocols implemented at the destination due to Covid-19.

1. Re-delivery cost is under the responsibility of customer unless it is deemed as an error on our part.
2. 26-INCHI reserves the right to deny any request to combine the re-delivery parcels with any new orders.
3. Please be noted that any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
