By placing a booking, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Service Hours
    Appointments are available 11:00am–8:00pm (MYT) daily, subject to store capacity and stylist availability.

  2. Lead Time
    Please book at least 12 hours in advance. For last‑minute bookings (<12 hours), DM/WhatsApp us to check availability.

  3. Booking Deposit (RM50)
    The deposit secures your appointment. It is not a separate product purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. Deposit Offset
    The RM50 deposit can be offset against same‑day purchases (credit plan/clothing) made immediately after the session.
    1. The offset is valid on the day of the appointment only.
    2. Unused deposit value cannot be carried forward, exchanged for cash, or used on gift cards.
    3. If no purchase is made on the day, the deposit is forfeited. 

  5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
    Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
    1. Within 48 hours: The deposit is non‑refundable and cannot be moved.
    2. ≥48 hours: We will reschedule your appointment or refund the deposit (if applicable to your tier).
    3. To request changes, contact us via WhatsApp/DM with your name, order number, and preferred new time. 

  6. Late Arrivals & No‑Shows
    1. Grace period: 15 minutes. We will do our best to accommodate, but the session may be shortened.
    2. >15 minutes late without notice or no‑show: The deposit is forfeited.
    3. Repeated no‑shows may result in future booking restrictions.

  7. Store‑Initiated Changes
    In rare cases (e.g., operational constraints), we may propose a new time. If we must cancel, we will reschedule or refund your deposit in full.

  8. Scope of Service
    This service covers fashion styling (outfits, fit, colour & silhouette advice). Hair/Makeup is not included; we can recommend partners on request.

  9. Preparation & Questionnaire
    Please complete the Google Form promptly to help us prepare sizes and looks. If not completed, your session may be less tailored.

  10. Personal Data & Privacy
    Information collected via WhatsApp/Google Form is used only to deliver and improve your styling experience, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  11. Health & Liability
    Please inform us of any sensitivities or fabric allergies. We are not liable for reactions to materials you choose to try or purchase.

  12. Payments & Refunds
    Deposits and complimentary eligibility are non‑transferable and non‑exchangeable for cash. Any approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

  13. Age Policy
    Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
