26-INCHI shall not be responsible for the lost parcel during posting process once we have proved that the postage is made from our side. Your parcel is under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers.

Re-delivery
Re-delivery cost is under the responsibility of customer unless it is deemed as an error on our part.
26-INCHI reserves the right to deny any request to combine the re-delivery parcels with any new orders.
Please be noted that any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
Courier Services
Orders received will be processed and shipped out via GDEX.
We do not make any profit from shipping.
